Tyler and Maddy Pick
We’re happy to announce Tyler Pick has successfully reached his fundraising goal just in time to help finish the school year strong!
Tyler did an exceptional job and was helped in large part by his wife, Maddy. He had this to say as he reflected on his journey: “The Lord used this season of support raising to develop within me a dependence and devotion to His divine design. There was no short supply of reasons to contemplate God’s grace and provision through the ways He supplied timely encouragement and support from a bountiful community. As Maddy and I transition to campus, we are eager to proclaim God’s provision through Christ and trust in His power to cause students to be repurposed by the Gospel of grace!”
Tyler also considered the mentorship he received during support raising as invaluable. His mentor, DM staff Colby Benedict, shared this as he reflected on the season: "When I think of Tyler and his support raising, the thing that comes to mind was his love for and devotion to the Lord. Despite the ups and downs that come with raising support, Tyler was quick to turn to the Lord for refuge and grace. I was challenged by his eagerness to study God’s word and seek his will through prayer rather than resting in his own wisdom and understanding.”
Tyler and Maddy are now eagerly pursuing the fresh joys and challenges of serving on campus, and have been well-received by their new team. Their team leader, DM staff Kevin Noyes, shared this: “The Picks’ arrival is an answer to prayer and a huge blessing for the Mason-Dixon Team. We are grateful for their initiative on campus in outreach and his eagerness to build deep relationships to advance the gospel!”
Praise the Lord for His good work, and pray for the Picks as they continue in their new ministry assignment!
