I strived to be the “best Christian” and the best musician to prove my worth to others. Over time, I found that this never satisfied me. I didn’t need to prove myself to people because Jesus demonstrated his own love for me, that while I was still a sinner, he died for me. In this, I found my worth and a hope for the future. In college, I found a new joy in sharing my hope in Jesus with others, and I look forward to seeing how the Lord uses me to serve His kingdom through DiscipleMakers!
