Edward Copeland will lead us as we seek to see and savor the goodness of our God. He is the Lead Pastor at New Zion Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois. He has been faithfully living out how to pursue justice and mercy in his community for years and we look forward to learning more from him.

Dr. K Edward Copeland
Pastor Copeland is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ who has been blessed with many talents and skills. He is a musician, composer, preacher, lecturer, author and attorney. He is most widely known for his God-given gift to teach the Bible with supernatural clarity and simplicity. He is the author of Riding in the Second Chariot, a guide for ministers and church leaders and a contributing author to Entrusted with the Gospel by Crossway. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (B.A. 1984), University of California-Berkeley (J.D. 1987), Golden Gate Theological Seminary (M.Div. 1992), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (D.Min. 2017). His lives with his bride of 32 years, Starla, and they have three children Jibri, Abeni, and Titus.

The cost of the conference for students is $45. The cost for guests is $80
To reserve your spot at the conference, you must make the minimum payment of $20 at the time of registration using a credit or debit card. You can pay the remaining balance in one of three ways:
1. Pay online
2. Mail a check or cash
3. Pay in person when you arrive at the conference
If sending payment by mail, please make checks payable to DiscipleMakers and write “Restore” in the memo line. Mail your payment to: DiscipleMakers, 365 Science Park Road, State College, PA 16803. Please send your payments before the start of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing registrar@dm.org or by logging into your registration. Whether you are eligible for a refund depends on when you cancel.
If you cancel before the registration deadline (Friday, February 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm): You will be refunded the amount you paid when you registered.
If you cancel after the registration deadline but before Wednesday, February 22, 2024 at 9:00 am: You will be refunded the amount you've paid, EXCEPT for the minimum payment. After registration closes, minimum payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel after Wednesday, February 22, 2024 at 9:00 am OR you never cancel: You will not be refunded any payments previously made, and you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance.
If you fail to attend the conference and do not notify registrar@dm.org about your absence, you will be logged as a NO-SHOW. As a NO-SHOW you will also be asked to pay for your remaining account balance.
